From the afternoon of the 25th, a typhoon-like strong wind blew in Jeju, and the flight was canceled in large numbers.

The wind was strong enough to blow off the roof, causing damage, but I'm more worried because a lot of rain is predicted between today's noon and tomorrow's dawn.

You'll have to be prepared.

This is JIBS reporter Dong-eun Kim.

aircraft, which was swaying in the wind, approaches the runway and attempts to land.

However, the strong wind prevents it from landing and rises again.

A strong wind blew at Jeju Airport, where the sudden change wind advisory was issued, with a maximum wind speed of close to 25 m/s at one point in the afternoon.

Thousands of tourists trying to escape from Jeju were stranded.

[Airplane reservations: If you can't go today because your flight is suddenly delayed, you can't go tomorrow, and if you can't even go on Sunday, you have to have a (hospital) examination on Monday...

About 240 flights to and from Jeju International Airport were canceled and 23 flights were delayed.

As flights to and from Jeju were canceled one after another, the airport was crowded with people looking for air tickets.

Due to the sudden flight cancellation, tourists have had a hard time finding accommodations.

There are no taxis now...

A strong wind with a maximum wind speed of over 30 m/s blew in the mountains of Jeju.

More than 10 cases of strong wind damage were reported to the Fire Safety Headquarters alone, such as trees falling down or roofs being blown off.

But starting tonight, I'm more worried.

A heavy rain advisory is in effect across Jeju, and very strong rain of up to 50mm per hour is expected, mainly in the mountainous and southern regions of Jeju.

The Jeju Self-Governing Province Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters has entered into an emergency working system and has requested special attention to prevent safety accidents.
