The court ruled, "The accused admits to all the crimes, and according to various evidence, they are all found guilty."

Person A was arrested and charged with stealing or intercepting 80 million won from donations and school budgets while working as a baseball team manager at a high school in Incheon from 2016 to early last year and using it for personal purposes.



It was investigated that he made up documents as if he had bought baseball equipment with donations in cooperation with two sporting goods companies.



He is also accused of receiving about 18 million won from his parents in the name of expenses such as congratulations and condolences, meals, and holiday gifts.



Earlier, the police also sent two representatives of two sporting goods companies that conspired with Mr. A to the prosecution on charges of fraud.



It was found that two school officials, including the baseball manager, who helped A's crime by making a false expenditure resolution were also sent along with the charge of making false public documents.



The former secretary general of the high school baseball club sponsorship association was first arrested and indicted on charges of stealing 80 million won in scholarships that should be given to players (eg embezzlement) and was sentenced to one year in prison and two years of probation in January of this year.
