In the digital intelligent manufacturing center of Hubei Changjiang Electric Co., Ltd., an automated flexible production line is running. Compared with the previous manual operation, the work efficiency of the center has increased by more than 40%.
The process that used to require 25 people to complete now requires only one person to be on duty for the entire line.

This automatic line is composed of (this) an automatic punching and shearing compound machine and two automatic bending machines, and then on this automatic line, we currently only need one person to be on duty.
The whole set of production equipment can be produced here 24 hours a day.
[Explanation] On March 23, the reporter came to the Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Center of Hubei Changjiang Electric Co., Ltd. and saw that with the industrial robot arm flying up and down, a piece of metal was placed on the machine tool, grabbed, positioned, bent, Palletizing... all done by robots, suction cups, rails, etc.
After a while, a metal part of the power distribution cabinet was formed.

Before the production line was put into operation, (a production line) would produce about 20 low-voltage cabinets and about 10 high-voltage cabinets per day, but now, we have at least 30 low-voltage cabinets per day.
The output of this high-voltage cabinet can also be mentioned as 15 to 20 units.
The degree of standardization now covers about 80% of our entire product parts, which means that 80% of my parts can always be placed on this automatic line for processing.
[Explanation] According to reports, the flexible production line is a technically complex and highly automated system, which organically combines technologies such as microelectronics, computer and systems engineering, and can solve the contradiction between high automation and high flexibility in mechanical manufacturing .

Because on this automatic line, it is very advantageous for us to process this batch of products. I change a set of molds, and after the operator has compiled a set of programs, they can process the same part 24 hours a day.
In terms of overall efficiency, it is 40% to 50% higher than what we were before.
[Explanation] The flexible production line of the Changjiang Electric Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Center is mainly composed of automatic processing systems, logistics systems, information systems and software systems. The automatic processing system is the "heart" of the entire production line.
Not only that, the whole process from raw material coiling to feeding, leveling, punching, filming, roll forming and cutting has been automated.

As far as the quality of this product is concerned, it has also been greatly improved, because in the past, this traditional manual operation may cause this misoperation and precision error, but now we use this automated equipment, its processing The accuracy is 0.1 mm, and the yield rate we produce can reach 99% or even 100%.
