Former President Park Geun-hye, who was hospitalized even after being granted special amnesty at the end of last year, was discharged today (24th) and moved into the residence of Dalseong-gun, Daegu.

Former President Park Geun-hye, who walked out of the hospital on foot with a bright expression, delivered a short greeting amid cheers from her supporters.

She appeared in public prosecutor's office on March 21, 2017 for the National Nongdan case and apologized to the public, and this is the first public appearance in 5 years. 



Afterwards, former President Park paid a visit to the tomb of her father, former President Park Chung-hee, at the National Cemetery in Seoul, before heading to the residence of Dalseong-gun, Daegu.



After receiving a bouquet of flowers from her children, former President Park revealed her love for achieving her political hometown of Daegu, where she served as a member of the parliament for her four-term constituency.
