Police arrested a 40-year-old man who stopped a bus that was running on the road and then got on and assaulted the driver.
The Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul announced that a man in his 40s was arrested on charges of assaulting a driver under the Special Act.
Mr. A is accused of blocking a city bus that was turning right on a road in Seongbuk-gu around 10 pm yesterday (23rd).
