At a playground in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, a dog without a leash bit an 8-year-old child and the owner of the dog was arrested by the police.
The Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced on the 23rd that it was investigating the case of a woman in her 60s, who was the owner of the dog, on charges of negligence.
Person A is accused of injuring an 8-year-old group B while running at an unleashed dog at a park playground in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, around 6:30 pm the day before.
At the time, it became known that Mr. A was walking her dog without her leash.
Group B suffered several injuries, including the back, and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
