When a famous tteokbokki franchise wrote abusive language on a customer order statement and was found out, it was explained that "I thought it was a prank call and did it," causing outrage among netizens.

On the 21st, in an online community, an article with the title of 'The famous franchise tteokbokki restaurant receipt bottle XXX profanity' was posted.

According to the article, author A tried to order tteokbokki with a delivery app on the 19th, but received a notice that 'You can order take-out only by phone' and called the store to order.

Mr. A went to the store to pick up the food he ordered 20 minutes later, but he had an absurd experience.

Mr. A recalled, "A person came out of the kitchen and showed me the order statement with the abusive language 'Byung XXX' written on it and asked, 'Did you order with swear words (in the delivery app)? It was so ridiculous."

He continued, "I explained to the employee that 'I ordered over the phone, not the delivery app, and the abusive language was entered by the employee.' We started making it,” he added.

Mr. A said, "It was my first order at this store, and it was really insulting to have such a swear word written on it.

He continued, "After I called the head office, a person called the store manager called me apologizing." He said, "This is not a normal problem, but the phone call to the manager was also so insulting and shameful for two days.

Finally, Mr. A pointed out, "I think the head office is responsible for increasing the number of franchisees only because of the lack of franchise management and money blindness."

Netizens who saw the article responded, "If you do business with that attitude, you will go bankrupt", "You don't manage your employees properly.

This is a 'news pick'.
