Today (19th), around 8:30 in the morning, five vehicles slipped in the snow on the Yangyang Expressway in Yangyang, Seoul.
As a result of this accident, traffic in the 6th tunnel section was completely controlled for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, resulting in severe congestion for cars heading to the East Coast.
The police, who took part in the accident, made normal communication in both lanes around 10:35 am.
Snow and rain are falling on the highway where the accident occurred.
