A 20-year-old man accused of stealing a mobile phone with a developmental disability, receiving a loan, confinement, and assault was arrested by the police.

On the 17th, Gyeonggi-do Uijeongbu Police Station booked a man in his 20s on charges of confinement and assault.

Mr. A is accused of assaulting a victim with developmental disabilities by deceiving him to go out to play, confining him in his house and car for about three days.

He is also accused of opening two mobile phones in the victim's name and extorting loans by taking out loans.

After receiving a report from the victim's parents that "the son was assaulted by an acquaintance," the police secured a statement that the victim was being assaulted or detained and started tracking the location.

After about two hours, the victim was rescued and Mr. A was arrested with the victim.

The victim is said to have stated that Mr. A strangled him to the point of fainting when he offered to inform him of the fight and locked himself in the trunk of his car.
