As a result of the investigation, it was confirmed that A committed the crime during the period of repeated offence.

Previously, Mr. A was also serving a sentence for fraud in August 2019 and was released in February 2020, but he committed the crime again three months after being released.

To Mr. A, who stood in the courtroom, the court pointed out that "the defendant committed the crime in this case during the period of repeated offences."

However, he explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The crime in this case appears to be a crime for livelihood," he said.
