In February 2020, group A, who was 17 at the time, said through a petition that he was forced to eat body fluids from two students living together in a dormitory in a Seodang dormitory in Hadong, and subjected to harsh acts such as forcibly engaging in similar sexual acts.

In the course of the police investigation conducted after that, another victim student besides group A appeared and said, 'The perpetrators covered their mouths with socks and put foreign objects in their anus, made them drink water until they vomited, hit the cheeks or punched them, etc. habitually. Prosecutors indicted the two students in December 2020 on charges of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Young Adults.

In the end, at the sentencing hearing held in July 2021, the court arrested the perpetrators and sent them to the Juvenile Department of the Changwon District Court.

In this regard, the Gyeongnam Office of Education immediately imposed a one-year administrative suspension of teaching at the hagwon where student violence occurred again, and requested the police to investigate the school for violating the hagwon law.

In the course of a full investigation by the education office and the police, the police confirmed that Order B had beaten 10 students several times and exploited students' labor, and arrested Order B in May 2021.
