A husband who assaulted his wife during an argument has been arrested by the police after reports of his young daughters.
The Incheon Michuhol Police Station announced today (10th) that it is investigating a man A in his 40s on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Domestic Violence Crimes and the Child Welfare Act.
Mr. A is accused of assaulting his wife, B, in their 30s, while having a couple fight in front of their 10-year-old and 9-year-old daughters at their home in Michuhol-gu, Incheon at around 11:20 the night before.
After receiving a report from her sister that "her mom and dad are fighting", the police arrived and arrested Mr. A as a current criminal.
It was investigated that Mr. A assaulted his wife while having a petty argument.
A police official said, "I immediately separated Mr. A and Mr. B and applied for a temporary measure corresponding to a ban on access."
