It looks like a regular passenger car on the surface, but it is said that the effect is being shown on hidden patrol cars equipped with speed cameras and shy drivers.

A hidden patrol car was introduced to prevent reckless driving while driving on the highway and avoiding enforcement by slowing down only in front of a fixed camera.

For three months from December last year, the police conducted a test run of 17 dark patrol cars on the highway and caught 12,500 speeding vehicles.

110 vehicles that were driven faster than the speed limit of 80 km/h were caught and criminally charged, and fines were imposed for 1,600 cases that were driven 40 to 80 km/h faster than the speed limit.

The police believe that the hidden patrol cars are effective and plan to increase the number of secret patrol cars from the current 17 to 42 within this year.

A police official said, 'We only warn you of vehicles with a speed of less than 40 km/h over the trial period, but in the future, we plan to crack down on them in earnest, including fines.
