Recently, on a national road, there was an accident where a sports car collided with a road guardrail, killing two people.

There were several cars running together at the time, but an investigation revealed that members of the internet car club gathered and reached speeds of up to 250 km/h.

With great speed, it dizzyingly overtakes other vehicles.

Moments later, the first vehicle that was driving collided with a guard rail installed on the side of the road and exploded.

Both the driver in his 30s and a passenger in their 20s died on the spot.

Traces of the accident are still visible at the site of the accident.

The road sign has been completely skipped, and fragments of smashed or burnt vehicles are scattered here and there.

[Cha Jeong-hoon / Masan Fire Station Gusan 119 Safety Center Paramedic: (Seeing the scene) It seems to be a big accident.

Police investigations revealed that all four drivers in the line were members of an internet car club.

They operated in a line on the 22km section, and even increased the speed to 252km/h on national roads.

Police charged the remaining three drivers with the exception of the dead driver on charges of speeding.

[Sang-Jun Dong / Head of Traffic Investigation Division, Gyeongnam National Police Agency: When driving at excessive speed or engaging in risky activities, most of the new roads are new roads, and they are

often operated by acquaintances at night when traffic is low.]

We plan to prevent accidents by installing additional speed cameras in Korea.
