An 18-year prison sentence has been confirmed for the CEO of an emergency patient transport company who killed an employee after assaulting him for 12 hours.

The Supreme Court affirmed the lower court sentenced to 18 years in prison for Mr.

Person A is accused of assaulting and killing employee B for 12 hours at the office of the emergency patient transfer company that she operates on Christmas Eve in 2020.

It was because paramedic B did not properly handle the contact accident that occurred while driving a private ambulance.

As a result of the investigation, Mr. A was harsh by ordering chicken to eat even while Mr. B was showing symptoms of traumatic shock.

Mr. B died of multiple injuries the next day. Mr. A claimed in court that 'there was no intention to kill', saying 'I intended to continue to obey and work'. He must have suffered excruciating pain.'
