It turned out to be obvious as a result of the investigation.

The chemical substance that Doosung Industrial identified as a material safety data sheet is dichloroethylene.

These substances are known to have effects on the nervous system.

However, the chemical identified by the Ministry of Employment and Labor is trichloromethane, which can cause liver damage.

For this reason, in December last year, Doosung Industrial worker A did not receive a liver function test at a special examination.

In the end, Mr. A tested liver function in a general examination, and it was found that the liver level was 32 times higher than the standard value.

This is a story that you might not have known about acute hepatitis if you hadn't had a general check-up.

According to the Ministry of Employment and Labor's report on the number of occupational diseases for the past three years, it is increasing every year from 11,000 in 2018.

Meanwhile, at an auto parts manufacturer in Gimhae, the number of three workers was high, so the Ministry of Employment and Labor began to investigate the situation.
