Former President Park Geun-hye has completed the process of purchasing a private residence in Daegu.

Today (18th), in the register of the building in question at the court's Internet registry, it was indicated that the owner of the private residence in Ssanggye-ri, Yuga-eup had changed to former President Park Geun-hye due to the transfer of ownership.

The reason for the registration was found to be due to the sale contract on the 27th of last month, and all existing mortgages set on this real estate were also canceled.

The purchase price of a private residence was KRW 2.5 billion, and the standard market price (publicly announced housing price) at the time of acquisition was KRW 1.37 billion, exceeding KRW 900 million, and 11% of the acquisition tax for luxury houses was applied.

As all procedures have been completed, the public's attention is focused on the timing of Park's move-in.

Some people are talking about the possibility of moving in this month, but Republican Party Chairman Cho Won-jin said that he would visit the residence of former President Park at 11 am tomorrow.

At noon the day after tomorrow, a conservative civic group will hold a welcome ceremony for former President Park.
