If you are confirmed with COVID-19, you must self-monitor and receive treatment without monitoring by the authorities, except for the intensive care group.

It is said that there are many cases of panic and confusion when it comes to confirmed cases.

Where do I go to ask questions?

First of all, if you want to receive non-face-to-face treatment or prescription drugs, you can contact a local hospital, clinic or the 'Home Treatment Medical Consultation Center' operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Dongbu Hospital, Seonam Hospital, and Boramae Hospital are open 24 hours a day and receive calls from home therapists.

For all petty questions excluding treatment and prescription, such as quarantine period, quarantine method, and hospital information, please contact the home treatment administrative information center operated by each of the 25 autonomous districts.

Although it is open 7 days a week, the operating hours and phone number are different for each autonomous district, so you should check the website of the city of Seoul.

We will inform you on the spot video.
