Since July of last year, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation has been operating an erroneous remittance return support system to help you get money back.



If you request a voluntary return through a financial company and you do not receive it, you can apply for support to the Korea Deposit Protection Corporation.



You can apply for the refund support site by mistake on the Korea Deposit Protection Corporation website or visit the head office counseling center.



The minimum amount that can be applied for is 50,000 won and the maximum is 10 million won. For error remittances exceeding 10 million won, you must individually hire an attorney.



After the system was implemented in July last year, 1,705 cases, 2.1 billion won, were returned to the sender until January of this year.



1,661 cases were voluntarily returned, and the remaining 44 cases were returned through the court's payment order procedure as the recipient refused to comply with the forecast.
