Police arrested a 40-year-old who stole millions of won worth of ice cream from an unmanned store.



Daejeon Yuseong Police Station announced today (15th) that it had booked a man in his 40s without detention on charges of habitual theft. 



Person A is accused of stealing ice cream and sweets worth 2 million won from an unmanned ice cream store in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon for two days from the 28th of last month.  



At the time of the crime, Mr. A is known to have prepared a basket for ice cream, etc. 




The police received a report from the unmanned store owner who noticed the damage, and analyzed CCTV and arrested Mr. A. 



It is reported that the owner said during the police investigation, "Mr. A stole a relatively expensive ice cream and caused a lot of damage." 



Police are investigating whether A has committed additional crimes.
