The Seoul Mapo Police Station said that they are investigating Mr. A for stalking by continuously appearing in front of the victim's house.
Mr. A is suspected of chasing after the woman appeared after waiting in front of the victim's house in Gongdeok-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul around 6:10 pm on the 7th.
It is reported that Mr. A continued to stalk in November of last year, leaving flowers and letters in front of the victim's house.
The police said that they had banned the woman from approaching within 100 meters of Mr. A.
The police are investigating how many times Mr. A's stalking act against the victim was repeated.
