Today (11th) around 9:26 am, there was an explosion at Yeocheon NCC's Yeosu Plant 3, Hwachi-dong, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do.
The fire department is aware that a total of eight workers were at the scene at the time of the accident.
So far, three people have died and one more is said to be in critical condition.
Other workers are also believed to have suffered major and minor injuries.
Police and fire departments believe that an explosion occurred during the heat exchange test (test) and are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
