The court ordered that a woman who repeatedly assaulted and threatened her boyfriend for not giving her money should pay 5 million won in alimony.

It turns out that the woman wasn't afraid to threaten her with her mother of her boyfriend, who also had dementia.

According to the Korea Legal Aid Corporation today (10th), the Civil Division 2 of the Changwon District Court (Presiding Judge Hong Deuk-gwan) awarded Mr. B 5 million in alimony in the appeals trial filed by a man in his 40s against his ex-girlfriend B (35). ordered to pay Rs.

Mr. A handed over 80 million won dozens of times at Mr. B's request to pay off debts while dating, but Mr. B's request for money continued.

In June of the same year, while the two were arguing on a roadside in Changwon, Gyeongnam, Mr. B slapped Mr. A several times on the cheek.

At various other meetings, Mr. B slapped Mr. A on the cheek, kicked his thigh with the heel of her shoe, and threatened to harm Mr. A's mother, who was admitted to a nursing hospital with dementia.

As a result, Mr. A sued Mr. B for threats of injury, and Mr. B was sentenced to a fine of 1 million won each on two occasions.

In addition, B was charged with threatening A three times and inflicting separate injuries on his acquaintance C, and was sentenced to 6 months in prison and 2 years of probation.

In the first trial, where the trial was conducted without a lawyer, when the court recognized only 1 million won in alimony, Mr. A appealed with the help of the Korea Legal Aid Corporation.

The Court of Appeal acknowledged the 5 million won alimony, stating that "the acts such as assault were repeated over a considerable period of time, no effort was made to recover the damage, and the quality of the crime was poor, including threatening to harm the victim's mother." .
