A woman in her 40s who murdered a 20-year-old friend who was struggling with cancer was commuted on appeal and sentenced to one year in prison.

The Gwangju High Court overturned the original sentence of two years and six months in prison and sentenced him to one year in prison in the appeal of Mr.

Mr. A was handed over to her trial in March of last year on charges of murdering at the request of Mr. B, a woman who lived with her at her own home in Gwangju.

It is said that the two met at work about 20 years ago and had been with her sister and brother.

As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that Mr. B, who had been struggling with cancer for a long time, asked Mr. A several times, saying, 'She can't live because her body is sick' and 'Please kill me.'

Her will, written by her B, also contained the content that 'A is also a victim, and I made a difficult request'.

The court of first instance sentenced them to two years and six months in prison, saying, 'I had to try to find a better way to relieve the victim's pain', but the court of appeals said, "The victims' families are pleading for mercy, and take good care of the victims while they were alive." Taking into account the facts and the like, the defendant's argument that the trial court's sentence was heavy was well-founded'.
