A man in his 20s who worked as a boxer was arrested by the police for assaulting two high school students while intoxicated.



The Seocho Police Station in Seoul booked a former boxer, Park Mo (23), on charges of assault and other charges at around 4:03 am on the 8th.



Park is accused of throwing lighters at two high school students riding electric kickboards on a street in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and assaulting their faces with fists when they demanded an apology.

At the time of the crime, Park was in a state of intoxication.



During the police investigation, it is known that Park made a statement to the effect that "(the victims) rode electric kickboards to India, so they were told not to ride in India, and an argument broke out."



It turns out that Park worked as a local boxer until several years ago.



The police said that after completing the investigation into Mr. Park, he returned home and plans to call the victims soon to investigate.
