Mr. A was accused of participating in the women's service in receiving money, such as paralyzing the sales calls of so-called 'call owners' using the automatic phone call system and calling entertainment bar owners to their offices to kneel.
Mr. B, the founder and main culprit of the women's club, was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison by the Supreme Court on charges of violating the Act on Punishment of Violence and Punishment (joint coercion) in 2020, but Mr. A, who fled to the United States in 2019, was not caught until recently.
