In a reading room in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, the police launched an investigation after a victim was stabbed by a needle that was secretly inserted into a chair.



According to Yonhap News coverage today (28th), the Seoul Gwanak Police Station has received such a report and is pursuing the perpetrator.



Victim A was sitting in his designated seat in a reading room in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, around 3:30 pm on the 24th, and was stabbed in his thigh by a needle inserted under the cushion.



It was confirmed that A was not seriously injured.



It is known that the reading room is mainly used by college students preparing for the administrative examination, which is the civil service level 5 recruitment test.



A police official said, "It is still before the investigation of the victim.
