In relation to former Dongyang University professor Jeong Gyeong-shim, who was convicted by the Supreme Court on charges of corruption in the child's entrance exam, his spouse, former Justice Minister Cho Kuk, said he felt "painful".

Former Minister Cho said through social media on the afternoon of the 27th, "I thought that the family would get together for dinner tonight, but it turned out to be a vain hope," and "It's really painful."

He added, "I would like to thank the citizens for their comfort and encouragement with yin and yang."

He added, "I am very worried that the Republic of Korea, a developed country, will go backwards violently as a result of the election." He added, "We will bear the ordeal of my family."

Earlier this morning, the second part of the Supreme Court confirmed the lower court's judgment of four years in prison for former professor Jeong, who pleaded guilty to charges such as obstruction of business.
