The fugitive vehicle was running at a high speed of 130 km/h, violating the center line and violating the signal, which could lead to a serious accident.
During the arrest process, citizen Lee (25) overtakes the fugitive vehicle and slows down in the next lane to block it.
At the end of the chase, the police stopped the fleeing vehicle with a patrol car on the ramp section of the road in the direction of Incheon and arrested the driver, Mr. A, in his 40s.
On the 11th, the Ansan Sangnok Police Station awarded a certificate of appreciation to a citizen Lee (25) who helped with the arrest.
Lee said, "The moment I saw the runaway vehicle, I thought, 'I have to catch it'." "I was young and acted with courage."
