The court has ordered the National Human Rights Commission of Korea to submit evidence that the late Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon's allegations of sexual harassment are true.

The Seoul Administrative Court, which is hearing an administrative lawsuit filed by the former mayor's wife Kang Nan-hee to cancel the recommendation of the Human Rights Commission, partially accepted the application for an order to submit documents filed by the plaintiff yesterday (14th).

Accordingly, the Human Rights Commission must submit relevant materials to the court within 20 days from the date of service of the order.

The Human Rights Commission previously said that the victims' claims, such as former Mayor Park sending inappropriate messages and photos late at night and touching her hands in the office, were true, and recommended the Seoul Metropolitan Government to protect victims and prepare measures to prevent secondary damage.

First Lady Kang filed an administrative lawsuit in April of last year, claiming that the Human Rights Commission decision accepted only the victim's claim, and requested to provide the basis for the decision. .
