Today (14th) at 0:08 a.m., a call came from a large hospital in Seoul to 112.

A two-month-old boy was brought in with serious injuries, and it was reported that child abuse was suspected.

Yesterday morning, couple A living in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, took their 2-month-old son to a hospital near their home.

He went to the hospital saying the baby's breathing sounds strange and his body temperature is dropping.

At that time, the baby was said to have fractured several ribs and had symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage.

As his condition showed no signs of improving, the medical staff advised A to go to a larger hospital, and the baby was transferred to a large hospital in Seoul via a hospital in Bundang.

Here, the medical staff caught suspicious signs and immediately called 112.

[Police official: I have a child who has moved from the hospital and I think he reported it to this effect that child abuse is suspected.]

After that, the police called father A to investigate, but it is known that he denied the abuse.

The baby is currently being treated in the intensive care unit.

The police plan to call in an additional couple of A to investigate the exact circumstances of the incident.
