The Russian Ministry of Health has extended the registration period for the EpiVacCorona vaccine

This was reported by TASS with reference to the "Vector" center.

"By the decision of the Ministry of Health of Russia, the validity of registration certificates for both drugs was extended by one year - until January 1, 2023," the center said.

Earlier, Vektor said that data on the effectiveness of EpiVacCorona against the omicron strain would appear in January.

In early December, it became known that more than 1.2 million doses of the EpiVacCorona coronavirus vaccine were sent to the regions of Russia.
