A story was told of parents demanding a refund, saying that their son suffering from bipolar disorder was in debt and sponsored an internet broadcaster over 100 million won.

Recently, an internet broadcaster BJ released a note from the viewer's father.

It was a request for a refund of the star balloons that had been given as gifts, that is, the donations.

The father said, 'My son suffered from bipolar disorder due to bullying while in the military, and he is still being treated.'

It is said that he recently became ill and paid 120 million won worth of star balloons without his parents' knowledge.

The money was prepared entirely with a loan, but it is said that it is currently in crisis of bankruptcy because it cannot pay even interest.

Then, when I went to the police station and asked for help, I was told that I had to ask BJ for a refund and, if not returned, proceed with a civil lawsuit.

Under the current law, there is no obligation to refund in the case of sponsored star balloons.

BJ, who released the note, explained that he was not the only one who gave the star balloon as a gift, and that he received 400,000 won, but the problem would be over if he returned it after deducting the fee.
