Person A, a private ambulance driver, was investigated for sexually speaking and engaging in inappropriate physical contact with Mr. B while transporting Mr. B, a female intellectually disabled female, to the Corona 19 testing center in May of this year and returning home.



Also, a few days later, through the contact information I found while working, I went to the front of Mr. B's house, called Mr. B, and tried to molest him again.



During the trial, Mr. A claimed that he did not know that Mr. B was disabled, but the court did not accept it on the basis that Mr. A had checked Mr. B's disability welfare card.
