Tuesday, a vehicle was set on fire in the parking lot of the establishment, a fireworks mortar was fired in a corridor then other shots aimed outside the building, without injuring.

These incidents created a stir among the ranks of the teaching staff who threatened to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Classes were able to resume there normally on Friday.

Classes have resumed

"Classes resumed well on Friday with a special device prepared collectively with the management," one of the professors, Vincent Smith, confirmed to AFP.

"There were back-up people and a presence, including the police, to prevent blockade-type actions, following anonymous alerts on social networks," he explained.

"Within the school, we have reinforced measures to avoid random movements in the corridors and to teach in a more serene climate."

A delegation of six teachers and staff members met with the academic director of the Yvelines National Education services on Wednesday.
