"The State Commission in the Guiana Space Center has allowed the Soyuz-ST carrier rocket with the Fregat upper stage and Galileo FOC spacecraft to refuel," the state corporation said.
The rocket is expected to start at 3:23 Moscow time on December 4.
On December 2, Roskosmos reported that the launch of the Soyuz-ST launch vehicle with Galileo navigation satellites from the Kourou cosmodrome in French Guiana was postponed for a day due to the French ship's station being unavailable to receive telemetry information.
