The police applied for an arrest warrant for a 30-year-old mother who dumped her 4-year-old daughter on a rare road in sub-zero weather.



A woman in her 30s, along with a man in her 20s, B, who was with her at the time, left her daughter C (4) on the road, and then moved to a nearby motel and stayed there.




Yesterday (29th), the Incheon Police Agency's Women's Youth Investigation Unit announced that it had applied for arrest warrants for A and B on charges of abandonment under the Child Welfare Act.



They are accused of having Ms. C get off the vehicle on a road in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do around 10 pm on the 26th and abandoned on the road.

In the area where amount C was left, the lowest temperature on the day was minus 1 degree Celsius.



The police received a report from a passerby who found Ms. C crying alone on the road, and rushed to the scene.



In the process of investigating Miss C's whereabouts before she was abandoned, the police identified the circumstances in which Mr. A and Mr. B were together and launched an investigation, and arrested each of them around 6 pm the next day.



As a result of the police investigation, it was revealed that A and B left Miss C on the road on the day of the incident and moved to a nearby motel to stay.



A and B met through an online game and got to know each other for about two months, and it is said that they met for the first time on the day of the crime.
