Hwang, a 30-year-old trainer who played an active role in the famous comedy program 'Jingman', is being investigated by the police on charges of beating two men and breaking a cell phone.



The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul received a related case this morning and is conducting a pre-trial investigation against Hwang.



Hwang approached two men in their 20s who took a picture of themselves with a cell phone in a sidewalk in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul at around 1:40 am today and asked, "Is it true that you took a picture of me?", and they answered "yes". .



Afterwards, Hwang is charged with tripping the legs of two people and hitting one of them in the face.



They are also accused of taking their cell phones and throwing them on the floor.



Hwang is said to have admitted to some of his charges at the scene, but it has not yet been confirmed exactly what kind of conversation happened between the three people.



Hwang, who refused to accompany the police at the time, is said to be coordinating the investigation schedule with the Gangnam Police Station.



Hwang was previously charged with assaulting a customer who had an argument at a restaurant in Seoul and was sentenced to six months in prison and one year of probation in September 2016 by a court.
