A car owner's claim that suspicious traces of blood were found in a used car is attracting attention.

Recently on an online community, an article was posted saying, 'I think my car is a car with a history of accidents'.

The author said that he found unknown red stains all over the new used car he bought and suspected the blood, saying, 'I think there was an accident' or 'it was cheap'.

In response, netizens recommended a 'luminol test'.

The luminol test is one of the forensic methods to find bloodstains at the crime scene. The luminol solution reacts with hemoglobin in the blood to emit blue fluorescence.

In response, the author purchased a luminol test set and tested it.

The results were shocking.

It was because the blue fluorescent light was bright all over the inside of the car.

However, since the luminol solution also reacts with copper and rust, it cannot be determined as a bloodstain.

Experts advise to check the number of owner changes and accident history through performance records and accident history information before buying a used car.
