At the Hyundai Seoul store in Yeouido, Seoul, on the morning of the 29th, the ceiling collapsed and the store was eventually closed.
An official from Hyundai Department Store said, "The accident occurred when a plasterboard from the ceiling of the store fell off."
The official also said, "Currently, we are suspending the operation of the store and conducting a precise safety diagnosis.
According to the fire department and Hyundai Department Store, a report was received that a part of the ceiling had collapsed at the underwear store on the 3rd floor of The Hyundai Seoul this morning, and firefighters were dispatched around 11:14 am.
Three employees suffered minor injuries in this accident.
The Hyundai Seoul opened on February 26th this year.
