The burial site of the late Roh Tae-woo, who passed away on the 26th of last month, was decided as Donghwa Gyeongmo Park in the Tongildongsan District in Paju, Gyeonggi-do.
The bereaved family said today (29th), "I have listened to the advice of many people to choose a path that follows the law without burdening the country and society while supporting the deceased."
He also said a burial date will be set as soon as it is ready.
The bereaved family said, "We would like to thank Paju City, civic groups, and citizens," and added that they once again thanked the government and the funeral committee for observing the national funeral.
