A former ex-employee who instructs soldiers to "eat go stones" and commits harsh acts and assaults, such as locking them in an arsenal, has been sentenced to probation.

The 1st Criminal Division of the Jeonju Court of the Gwangju High Court (Chief Judge Kim Seong-ju) sentenced A (27), who was charged with assault, special confinement, and harsh acts of force, etc. It was announced today (26th) that it maintained a single centrifugal court.

Mr. A was indicted on charges such as ordering Corporal B to "eat a go stone" at the base in Paju, Gyeonggi-do from March to September last year while he was an active non-commissioned officer, putting Corporal B into the arsenal and locking him in for about 5 minutes.

It was also investigated that he acted harshly by placing a rechargeable electric screwdriver on the shoulder and arm of Corporal B, who was working in the situation room, and forcing him to lay him on a bed and then drawing a picture on his body with a pen.

They were also beaten with wooden broomsticks and kicked in the abdomen.

It was also found that he cut off Corporal C's leg hair with an electric razor and threatened to not write down the cheating he had committed in the survey.

The first trial court said, "The defendant committed the crime by exploiting the situation in which it was not easy for a subordinate to raise a problem with the behavior of a superior in the military, which is a strict rule of top-down clothing." The sentence was decided by taking into account the fact that he did not want to be punished.”
