: Is this dog food or human food?] In the

rice cooker, porridge that has turned black is boiling.

This is the rice that homeless person A eats.

Mr. A has lived for over 10 years in a hut where one person can barely stretch out and rest, right next to the iron cage where the dogs are kept.

Mr. A says that he helped slaughter dogs for food, and each time he received a bottle of soju.

[Mr. A: If you catch a dog, raise it, feed it every morning, buy a pack of cigarettes and say thank you to each other, isn't it?]

Before staying here, Mr. A confessed that he had worked at a junk shop for years without pay.

Villagers claim that homeless Mr. A was living under a bridge here 15 years ago, and the dog farmer took Mr. A.

[Villerman: (At first) It went well… I thought the farmer would do well. It is difficult for me to buy a pack of cigarettes because I feel sorry for them again if they say that it is very poor for people to live, and there is no rice or cigarettes. .] The

farmer is in an unfair position.

He explained that there was no reason to give money because Mr. A had nowhere to go, so he provided a place to live, and Mr. A himself helped with the farm work.

[Farmer: (work) I never do. What do I have to do?

I've been worrying all the time that something like this might happen...

(To Mr. A) Even if I tell him to leave, he doesn’t go because he says, ‘Your brother is leaving’…

.] When the

coverage began, Ulju-gun took measures such as finding a new residence for Mr. A, but said that Mr. A was having difficulties because he did not agree.
