"The launch in the interests of the country's defense is scheduled for the period from 03:30 to 05:30 Moscow time," according to the website of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Komi Republic.
The backup launch date was set on November 26 at the same time period.
During the launch, three regions in the republic will be declared temporarily dangerous.
