The backup launch date was set on November 26 at the same time period.

During the launch, three regions in the republic will be declared temporarily dangerous.

In September, the space forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces successfully launched the Soyuz-2.1v carrier rocket from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.

All prelaunch operations and the launch of the Soyuz-2.1v space rocket took place in the normal mode.
