Daejeon gangsters and others took the lead, and a total of 87 people, including members and acquaintances, took part.



They mainly targeted female drivers, but after an accident, they showed tattoos on their bodies to create a coercive atmosphere.

The police arrested three people, including a man in his 20s, on charges of violating the Special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud, and charged the remaining 84 people without detention.
