The Seoul Dongjak Police Station said that they are investigating a woman in her 30s who wielded a weapon at a neighbor because it was noisy.
Mr. A is suspected of injuring a woman in her 20s who lived in the front room at a gosiwon in Noryangjin-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul around noon yesterday (10th).
The victim suffered injuries to her neck, but fortunately she was not seriously injured.
Person A is known to have stated in the police investigation that "I wielded a weapon because of the noise."
The police are reviewing whether to apply for an arrest warrant after arresting A as a current offender and charging him with attempted murder.
