The man's blood alcohol level was 0.103%, which was the level of license revocation, and four people, including two police officers, were injured in the riot.



After stealing, beating, and running for just 40 minutes, the man was admitted to the hospital due to the shock of the accident.



The police plan to apply for an arrest warrant on charges of vehicle theft, special injury, drunk driving, and obstruction of the execution of official duties.
