When the Seoul Central District Court issued an arrest warrant for Kim Man-bae, the criminal charges were clarified and there was a risk of destroying evidence.
Lawyer Nam also issued a warrant for clarification of the charges and concerns about the destruction of evidence.
On the other hand, the warrant request was dismissed as there was no fear of escaping or destroying evidence for lawyer Jung, who was also requested for a warrant.
Key figures in Daejang-dong, including Mr. Kim, are accused of causing at least 65.1 billion won in damage to Seongnam City by designing a project to return a large sum to Hwacheon Daeyu in cooperation with former general manager Yoo Dong-gyu, who was indicted.
