The charges of bribing former general manager Yoo and conspiring for breach of trust include the charge of extorting 940 million won from the company, including the salary paid to the wife of former CEO Yoo Cheol, while the charge of bribing Kwak Sang-do of 5 billion won It was excluded as it required further investigation.
