Ministry of Justice has decided to publicly want a man in his 60s whose whereabouts are unknown after he broke the electronic anklet. The man is known to have fled while under intensive supervision as a high-risk group of 35 criminals, including sexual assault of a minor.

dark night, a man throws something on the side of the road and hurriedly leaves his seat.
This is a scene where 62-year-old Mo Kim cuts off an electronic anklet and runs away from Okcheon-dong, Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do, around 3 a.m. that day (26th).
Kim, known as a 35-year-old criminal, was sentenced to seven years in prison for raping a minor several times in 2006 and was released from prison in 2014.
Although the court ordered the use of electronic anklets until 2019, after committing two different crimes, they were forced to wear electronic anklets by 2023.
As a result, they were classified as 'high risk of recidivism' and received intensive supervision.
Kim also violated the rules of going out at night and drinking alcohol twice in September.
Kim, who had been delaying the investigation into the Ministry of Justice, fled from his home in Changnyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do to Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, and disappeared after cutting off the electronic anklet with an industrial cutter.
When no trace of Mr. Kim was found despite extensive searches, the Ministry of Justice decided to publicly want it.
He was 165 cm skinny, did not wear glasses, wore a black suit and a pink shirt, and was carrying a small handbag.
Police believe that it is highly likely that Kim has left the Suncheon area and expanded the search scope.
